About the role
Provide high-level support to leadership with scheduling, communication, and project coordination.
You will work closely with leadership to manage calendars, prepare meeting materials, track priorities, and coordinate confidential administrative work across the organization.
This role requires discretion, reliability, strong judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become urgent. You will often act as a liaison between executives and internal teams.
If you have strong admin skills but are new to our company or industry, we will train you on leadership workflows, communication standards, and the tools used by our executive team.
Training provided
Executive Assistants receive dedicated onboarding with leadership staff, including training on scheduling standards, meeting prep, confidential handling procedures, and executive communication preferences.
No prior agency experience required. We invest in training so you can succeed in this remote role.
Key responsibilities

Preferred qualifications
- 2+ years of executive or senior assistant experience preferred
- Experience in professional services or agency environments
