The Social Media Coordinator supports our marketing team by maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement.

About the role

Help plan, schedule, and monitor social content across client and company channels.

You will help keep social channels active, organized, and aligned with campaign plans. This includes scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, updating content calendars, and sharing engagement summaries with the marketing team.

The role is well suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, familiar with major social platforms, and comfortable working with creative teams on recurring content workflows.

If you are new to agency work, that is okay. We train you on our posting process, brand guidelines, scheduling tools, and how we coordinate social content for clients.

Training provided

New coordinators receive training on Novaito's social workflow, content calendar process, platform best practices, and the scheduling tools we use. You will also review real examples and receive feedback from the marketing team during your onboarding period.

No prior agency experience required. We invest in training so you can succeed in this remote role.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule posts and maintain content calendars
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns
  • Compile basic performance summaries for review
  • Help ensure posts follow brand and formatting guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Understanding of major social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Ability to follow content guidelines and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with creative and marketing teams
  • Must be based in the USA

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience managing or coordinating social content
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite
